Introduction & Pre-Job Preparation: Mandatory PPE, environmental management, weather limits, and site safety protocols.
Unit Preparation & Coil Cleaning: Taping electronics, unit stripping, and chemical coil washing using Viper Brite.
Application, Curing & Packdown: Mixing ratios, spray gun pressure/distance, multi-angle spray techniques, curing times, and site cleanup.
